GWENT Wildlife Trust’s Chepstow group members are looking forward to hearing Gill Bell, head of conservation for the Wales Marine Society talk at Chepstow Leisure Centre on Wednesday, March 15.

A spokesperson for the trust said: “Last month, Paul Taylor of the Forest of Dean Caving and Conservation Access Group gave us a fascinating insight into the hidden world under our feet in the caves of the Forest of Dean. This month we enter another mysterious habitat when Gill talks about ‘Underwater Wales’.

She will lead us into the depths with her illustrated talk, giving us an idea of the astonishing treasures in our seas, which are so in need of further research and protection.”

The talk, open to the public, begins at 7.30pm and refreshments will be available. For more information, visit www.gwentwildlife.org.
