THE COST of services from school dinners to car parking could increase as Monmouthshire Council grapples with "unprecedented" budget pressures.

Among the ideas being considered an increase of 5p in the cost of school dinners – or reducing the choice – introducing charges for garden waste and "rationalising" car park fees.
