WHILST driving to work I came across a large dead sheep in the middle of the road, just down from Hopewell Colliery. I didn't see it until I was almost on top of it.

Can anyone tell me what are the responsibilities as a driver if you come across this situation, and what do you do and who do you contact if you are unfortunate to hit a sheep, deer or boar?
