This week the Forest Review has joined up with the team at Oaklands Sports Bar in Cinderford to give 2 lucky readers the chance to each a ticket to see World Darts number 1 Michael van Gerwen on Sunday 8th April
After the recent success visit by Raymond van Barneveld, Oaklands welcomes the current world number one ranked Dutch professional darts player Michael van Gerwen to Cinderford
He began playing darts at the age of 13 and had won the World Masters and thrown a televised nine-dart finish within four years, becoming the youngest player to do either. In 2014, at the age of 24, Van Gerwen became the youngest winner of the PDC World Championship.
He has dominated darts in recent years, winning 18 tournaments in 2015 and 25 in 2016. Van Gerwen is the second most successful player in PDC history, behind Phil Taylor.
