A 19-YEAR-OLD woman arrested on suspicion of attempted murder in Lydney has been released on bail until July 15.
Police are appealing for witnesses after a 22-year-old man was taken to Southmead hospital in Bristol with stab wounds to his stomach and neck, which officers believe were caused by a broken beer bottle.
Police were alerted by paramedics at about 7.35pm on Tuesday (May 10) near to the bus station and skate park in Hams Road.
The injuries were initially thought to be serious however the victim was released from hospital a day later.
Police believe that passengers at the bus station may have seen the incident. Anyone with information, who haven’t already spoken to police, are asked to call 101 quoting incident number 449 of May 10.
