THE decision to move this game to Sunday paid off for Bream as they beat Dymock III by 71 runs.

James Bovill hit 75 as Bream beat Dymock III in the only KW Bell League match to go ahead.

The visitors won the toss and put Bream in but they had a tough time in the field with opener Jer Probert staying the whole innings for an unbeaten 42.

The exit of Lee Turley off the bowling of Jacob Dyer brought Bovill to the crease.

He contributed more than half of Bream's 161 runs before going leg before wicket off Gary Dyer.

Dyer also got Chris Farr lbw for three and Harold Senior got the last of Dymock's wickets taking Tom Fuller for five.

The pick of the Dymock batsmen was number six Will Green who was undefeated on 43.

Paul Edwards, Liam Hunt and Ian Powell each got two wickets with Nick Hook, Lee Turley, Tom Fuller and Chris Farr getting one each as Dymock were bowled out 72 short of the target.

Opener York Senior contributed 23 as the Dymock innings concluded after 32.4 overs.
