A MAGNIFICENT seven fighters are celebrating top grading results at Cinderford School of Tae Kwon-Do.
Hot on the heels of their fantastic medal haul at the Inter-Club Tournament, three of the 14 students passed with an A grade, three with a plus pass, and one achieved an A* pass.
A grades were achieved by Rebecca Millar, Ella Clarke and Arminda Rogan, plus passes by Fay Henley-Day, Cameron Devine and Andrei Tiongco and the A* pass by Scott Leonard
Another seven - Joshua Gilding, Luke Hopkins, Amelia Leonard, Harry Tipp, Ioan Day, Jake Fowler and Tai Minnie - also achieved good passes.
And instructor Ken Penman told them: “Well done to our graders, you should all be very proud of yourselves.”
A Korean martial art, tae kwon-do is ideal for building confidence, focus and concentration, balance and coordination, and respect, as well as fitness and self-defence.
The school also teaches stamina, sensory perception and reactions, whilst incorporating courtesy, perseverance and positivity.
