CHEPSTOW Amateur Boxing Club's Aiden Hampsey had a good win in Yate.

The 13-year-old won a unanimous points decision against Brad Davies in front of a 200-strong crowd.

He put in a good performance, slipping and blocking his opponent's punches and landing clean shots.

Aiden has been boxing for six months and his next fight is on Friday night at Chepstow rugby club in a tournament organised by Chepstow Amateur Boxing Club.

Other Chepstow boxers taking part will be Jack Jenkins, Scott Webber, Jamie Morley, Greg Edwards and 10-year-old Keiran Woods in his first bout.

The first bout is at 8pm.
