The location of this cracking old photograph is easy to place, being given away, of course, by the famous old Severn and Wye railway bridge. The photographer has found himself a vantage point in the woods above Wellhouse Bay and captured an everyday scene from around 1910 with a steam train speeding towards Lydney Junction and fishermen about their daily task in the Severn.
