A STRETCH of road between Woolaston and Stroat on the A48 will close for resurfacing next Wednesday (April 20).

Amey will be carrying out the work until Monday, May 9.

Residents who live between Wyvern Garage and Rosemary Lane, Stroat, have received letters stating that access to their homes will not be affected.

A diversion will be put in place nearer the time.
