A BROTHER and sister photography team have walked away with a handful of awards from the Welsh Master Photographer Association (WMPA) annual awards ceremony.

Nick House was named Welsh Master Photographer of the Year for the third time, as well as winning the ‘landscape and travel’ section. Tracey Clements was awarded a merit in the ‘under-5s’ and ‘pets’ category.

Tracey and Nick both work from Wye Valley Studios in Caldicot, which was founded by their late father, Glyn House, over sixty years ago.

Both have submitted work to the Master Photography Awards (MPA) which take place in October.

Tracey said: “There were 200 entries in the WMPA awards this year, which is more than ever before.”

Nick previously won a national award in the ‘architecture’ category and Tracey won the ‘pets’ category in 2004 and again in 2007.
