Thanks to Betty Jones, Marion Knight and Gill Weeks who gave me the required information so quickly after my request for information about the 'mystery' wedding group printed in the Review. At the back (left to right) are Gordon Edwards, father of Joan and Barbara, and Cyril Bailey who drove the wedding car, his Humber Super Snipe, which he used as a taxi and to convey the Cyril Bailey Orchestra dance band equipment in. In the middle row are Joan, the bridesmaid, and Barbara (Babs), the bride. Front, is Percy Hammond, the groom. The year was 1951/52 and the group were outside a relative's house in Templeway, Lydney, where they had their wedding reception/tea.
