PLANS for a single wind turbine at Badgers Farm, adjacent to Poolway Farm, Coleford are to be put to the district council.

The company, Poolway Wind Ltd, based in Osbaston, Monmouth, will be putting its plans for a communal wind farm at a public meeting on September 23, 7pm at Forest Hills Golf Club.

Money generated from the farm will, it is believed, go to Great Oaks Hospice and through Coleford Town Council.
