Gloucestershire Police say he was a 72-year-old local man.

His relatives have been informed and police say there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death.

The body was discovered by a Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust ranger in enclosed woodland near the Offa’s Dyke Path.
