WHO are the irresponsible people who are letting their dogs foul the streets of Coleford?

From my house in Coombs Park it is a constant game of avoidance on a walk into town,with Sparrow Hill and St. John's Street being the main areas of issue.

The council needs to do more to catch the culprits of this anti-social behaviour. They are letting the community down. Take a stand the people of Coleford, report it to sort it.
