Please would it be possible to have a cross-border bus pass? We have cross-border police service, fire service,  ambulance service,  education, road gritting,  doctors' surgeries and  Welsh Water to name a few, and yet we still cannot have a bus pass!

These bus passes are funded by HM Government and the local authority and I would think that the above are also funded the same way.

I have contacted David Davies MP and Mark Harper MP with no result or any interest from them.

If all other services can be cross-border why not bus passes?
