CHEPSTOW Castle provided the backdrop for the start and finish of a charity classic car event.

The Run for the Border rally included Morris Minors, MGs and even a military jeep.

The run started at the castle on Sunday morning with the cars being taken on a circular tour through Tidenham and the Wye Valley.

They returned to the castle where visitors could admire the vehicles and talk to owners.
