I WOULD like, through your letters page, to thank Clearwell Church and School for arranging the wonderful memorial service to commemorate the 100th anniversary of World War One.

It was so well organised and the schoolchildren who took part were amazing, really getting into the spirit of the occasion.

The flower arrangements and exhibits were lovely. Altogether an enjoyable experience.

Congratulations to everyone who organised, helped and took part.
