Art came – literally – to the streets of Newnham last week, as French–Israeli artist David Behar-Perahia did a large drawing in the middle of Station Road. David traced the shadow of the clock tower as it moved across the road on a sunny spring morning. The resulting drawing along with other drawing projects by the artist can be seen in the current exhibition at the gallery upstairs at the George Cafe.
