Since Two Rivers and Gloucestershire CC decided to stop supported living, we have been getting cold callers at our doors.

My neighbour is constantly in her bed, so I phoned Gloucestershire Police to tell them about the cold callers and was shocked by their answer.

Where I live all vulnerable people get a visit from the warden on a Monday and a Friday, so that means anything could happen in those four days.

They say to ring or contact the care line. What if you can't?

Does that mean that you could be ill, dead or injured for four days?
