I WAS very interested in your front page article College move will happen (March 9).

Cllr Molyneux expresses his confidence that Gloucestershire College will move to the

controversial Northern Quarter site, however Gloucestershire College declined to comment.

What are prospective students to make of this?

Will they start a two-year course at Five Acres and then have to travel to Cinderford to complete? Who will pay for any additional travel costs?

Will sufficient funding be in place now?

The delays to the planning process and the legal challenges, not to mention the challenging nature of the site, make it seem a distant dream or nightmare, depending on your point of view.

I wonder when we will know for sure what is going to happen to our college?
