CONGRATULATIONS to Sheila Evans and her wonderful team of fund­raisers on the 10th anniversary of the launch of the Great Oaks Hospice project.

We are so fortunate to have such a great and caring place for our loved ones to go to. As you enter the hospice doors there is such a wonderful atmosphere. The staff greet you with a welcome hello and smile. The patients and their families are shown such love and care not only during the life of the patient but they give such support to the family after losing their loved one.

Can I appeal to the people who have not yet visited Great Oaks to go along to their fundraising events – the summer fete being one of them – and see not only the lovely building but also the beautiful gardens. They need your support. God bless them all. – Molly Baldwin, Five Acres.
