A 29-year-old Lydney woman has been charged with having a dog that was dangerously out of control and injured a person at Aylburton earlier this summer.
Jessica Ballinger of Old Town Mews, Lydney, is accused of failing to keep German Shepherd ‘Bruno’ under control at Lydney Park Estate on 1st June 2026.
The charge says the dog was dangerously out of control and injured a female person.
The case was before Cheltenham Magistrates on 30th July and was adjourned till August 14th at the request of the prosecution to give time for additional statements to be served on the defence.
Ms Ballinger was granted unconditional bail and will be expected to enter a plea to the charge at the next hearing.
