SOME old photographs of Tutshill have come to light thanks to Richard Davies.
This one is a formal presentation photograph of the Tutshill Crosskeys Darts Team, taken at the back of the former pub. It appears they have won a cup of some kind and Richard believes it was probably taken in the 1930s.
In the top row the fourth in from the left is Gwyn Davies while the gentleman on the end of the row with the moustache is 'Jarvis the Post' who used to run the Post Office down Beachley Road.
Seated on the far left is 'Lofty' Southern (as you can see he was tall, hence the nickname) from Sedbury, second in is George Hutchins whose dad was landlord of the Keys. At the very end of the row is Jack Farmer who lived in Sedbury Lane at the time.
Others are unknown, but if you do recognise them, let us know.
