AT Yell, publisher of Yellow Pages directories, we make every effort to ensure that the books are delivered properly. Yell takes its responsibilities to the environment very seriously and I would like to confirm that as soon as we were made aware of the directories at the Brookhollands Road location two weeks ago, our delivery contractor arranged swift collection of the books. Our delivery contractor is investigating the matter further.
