IF you enjoy singing but lack confidence, why not sign up to the Confident Choral Singer (CCS) course?

Alison Houlbrooke, musical director of the Herefordshire Police Choir which won renown as finalists in the BBC's 'Last Choir Standing', will be running a course in Ross-on-Wye this autumn.

It is aimed at beginners but also to help existing singers who want to improve their singing techniques.

The course will be hosted by local chamber choir, The Penyard Singers and held at Christ Church, Edde Cross Street, Ross-on-Wye from 7.30pm to 9pm on seven Wednesday evenings starting September 14.
