A FORMER Forest UKIP candidate – who was kicked out of the party earlier this year – has been reported to police over an allegedly racist post on Facebook.
A copy of a post that appeared under a picture of John Sullivan on the social media site was passed to Gloucestershire Police by a member of the public.
The post starts: "Having imported third world "N**-N***" as the Blaire (sic) administration deliberately chose to do..."
UKIP's leader on Gloucestershire County Council, Cllr Alan Preest (UKIP) said: "I find this type of language very offensive and the party wants nothing to do with this man.
"His membership of the party was terminated and he has nothing to do with UKIP."
Mr Sullivan was the party's candidate for Newent in the Gloucestershire County Council elections earlier this year but was withdrawn after a row about homophobic language."
