THE organisers of Sunday's Forest Showcase at Beechenhurst must be well pleased that the event just keeps on growing...and getting better.

Hundreds came through the doorway to browse, taste and buy food, drink and goods from the Forest and surrounding area.

They were also entertained by non-stop music and could get the low-down on displays from the stall owners and facts and figures about local produce from the organisers.

The annual event is now a firm fixture on the Forest calendar for visitors as well as producers – in all there were nearly 60 displays.
