PLUMP Hill fishery is again the venue for the annual training camp funded by the Royal Forest of Dean Angling Club.

Youngsters of all skill levels are being invited to join classes run by lead coach Nick Oakley.

Instruction is split into eight sessions of three hours over four days, July 28-31.

The morning sessions starts at 9am, with the afternoon starting at 1pm and each trainee will be given personalised advice and help according to their ability from qualified coaches.

"All you need to bring is yourself – and some suitable clothing and footwear in case of bad weather. The training is fully sponsored and all fishing tackle and bait is provided," says a spokesman.
