CINDERFORD band Karhu is making a desperate appeal for cash to bring one of their members all the way from Finland for gigs.

Osku Kinnunen, the Finnish member, Joseph Parry and drummer Oliver Davis-Gower form Karhu, which Joseph says "has massive ambitions".

They already have an EP up for sale on iTunes and Amazon and are gearing up for gigs in July and releasing a full album.

"Osku plays guitar and growls in a style similar to that of Lamb of God and my own clean vocals are in a similar vein to that of Chris Cornell from Sound Garden and Sebastian Bach from Skid Row," says Joseph.

"We need to save up around £1,590, which means with our own money included we can get Osku over at least six to eight times. Then we can actually gig and get our dream on the move!"
