GLOUCESTERSHIRE Police are appealing for information following a break in at a property in Coleford.

Sometime between 12.30pm and 3.15pm on December 21 unknown offenders broke in to a property in The Scowles, Coleford.

Cash was stolen from a downstairs drawer and then the offenders searched upstairs, stealing some antique jewellery that was of great sentimental value to the owner.

These items included an antique engagement ring in 14 carat gold, with tiered rubies and diamonds, a gold wedding ring inset with diamonds, a blue glass pendant with matching drop ear-rings and a pair of silver drop ear-rings in Tree of Life design.

Anyone who saw or heard anything suspicious in the vicinity on the day of the theft, or have any information that could help police with their inquiries call 101 quoting incident number 368 of December 21.
