Fighting stance: Three fighters from the Ross on Wye based Ranong Thai Boxing Camp fought in an interclub competition at K-Star Thai Boxing Academy in Birmingham.

Andy Young, chief instructor at Ranong said: "All three fought well and dominated their opponents, showing excellent skill and composure against one of the top Thai boxing clubs in the country."
