YOUNG Jordon Simpson was found safe and well last Thursday after a major search found him in Newent. The 12-year-old, from Sling in Coleford, was reported missing at 5.45pm and was found almost four hours later by police sat on a bench outside Newent Library.

A spokesperson for Gloucestershire Police said: "The police and Jordon's family are extremely grateful to the public for the messages of support posted and for keeping an eye out for him."

•A teenager missing from her Chepstow home has been found safe and well.

Kristine Davies, who is 16-years-old, went missing from Chepstow on Sunday, July 6.

Gwent Police issued a statement on Tuesday saying she had been found.
