CINDERFORD and Mitcheldean Schools of Tae Kwon-Do are aiming to raise £1,000 for the Multiple Sclerosis Trust (MST) with a fundraising day this Sunday (November 13).
Melinda Penman, assistant instructor at the club, said: “I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) in 2000, so everyone at the club knows at least one person with MS.
“Instructor Ken Penman, Second Dan, three of the men from the Cinderford school and one of the dads will have their chests waxed, with Sarah Richards from Your Balance for Life.
“The club is also holding a sponsored kick, which everyone will be involved in. The plan is that juniors will do 500 kicks while seniors will aim for 1000. ”
