Granch is a free miner

A Forester, and a friend

He's always carving sculptures

And finding things to mend.

There's a statue of him in Cindiford

That everyone can view

He's written about about tales of his life

And wonderful poems too.

He's always happy and smiling

And gives us pocket money to spend

His name is Dave Harvey

My granch a living legend.
