I STOPPED next to an ATM machine in Cinderford for less than 30 seconds to access money. A parking warden came running out from nowhere and abruptly said: "Are you a bus, mate?", and started to write a ticket.

I know I should not have parked there but I needed money. I know the bus stop is very rarely used as I have lived in Cinderford all my life.

There was nowhere else I could find to park. It makes you wonder if this is the reason people no longer shop in Cinderford. I pay my taxes and council tax and currently feel cheated and ripped off.
