SEVERAL hundred pounds was stolen after burglars broke into the pet suppliers, Hawthorns, last Monday (September 23).

Unknown offenders forced their way into the shop, based at the Corinium Business Park on the Forest Vale Industrial Estate in Cinderford, between 6am and 7pm and stole several till drawers. They then entered an office in the premises and stole a safe containing money and car keys.

Anyone who witnessed suspicious activity in the area or with any information about the case should call 101, quoting incident 59 of September 24.
