POLICE are appealing for information following two thefts on Mile End Road in Coleford over recent weeks.

It’s believed that the first incident took place between 5.30pm on Thursday, November 29, and 5.30am the following morning when offenders stole tools from a parked car.

The haul included two orange nail guns, a Hilty branded drill, a chop saw, a Titan branded drill and a rotating laser – all of which had the initials MBC etched on them.

The second incident took place between 5.30am on Friday, December 7, and 12.20pm on Sunday, December 9, when offenders entered a storage container before leaving with an air rifle in a dark green case, a GoPro 4 & accessory kit, a black Lenovo laptop, a white iPad and two portable hard drives.

Gloucestershire Police has appealed for anyone who has been offered any of the tools or items or has information about the thefts to call 101 quoting incident number 184 of 9 December.
