POLICE are appealing for information after a woman bus passenger was verbally abused on the top deck of a Stagecoach bus.

The incident happened some time between 3pm and 3.45pm on Monday, September 10, when the woman was travelling between Cinderford and Coleford on the number 30 bus from Gloucester.

A Gloucestershire Police spokesman said: “A woman was verbally abused by a group of three men who had been travelling on the top deck of the bus.

“The abuse was of a sexual nature and was distressing for the victim.

“Police are keen to speak to anyone travelling on the bus during that time and who may have information which could help with enquiries."
