STUDENTS at the Forest High School were left inspired from the first post-16 options evening.
Pupils and parents were invited to the Cinderford-based school to gather information surrounding future exams and the expectations the school has of them in Years Nine, 10 and 11, and beyond.
Learners also had a chance to meet with various sixth forms, colleges, universities and training and work providers who gave them the information needed to make future career choices.
Miss Yvonne Jones, executive headteacher, said: “Our first aspirations evening was a huge success. We were delighted to see such a high number of students and parents taking the opportunity to meet with so many different providers.
“The feedback that we received indicates that it was an extremely worthwhile event. We hope to continue this positive experience with all future careers based events.”
