IT MUST be two years now that the ‘temporary’ traffic lights have been on the Staunton Road out of Coleford.

The road has been dug up, resurfaced, painted, covered with mud and dug up again.

At evenings, weekends and for long periods, weeks and months at a time when no work at all is being carried out and the road is clear, the workmen cannot be bothered to remove the traffic lights.

They have total disregard for the road tax paying motorists who are held up with these traffic lights daily.

Must we endure this inconvenience for the whole duration of the development of Thurstan’s Bog?

Angry Motorist, Coleford.
