FOREST motoring enthusiast Rob Sargent best start making some more room on his mantle piece as he has scooped another trophy.
Rob and his Savage V6 Cortina MK2 won Best Post War Saloon in the Show and Shine competition at Coventry Festival of Motoring, which was held for the third year at Stoneleigh Park in Warwickshire.
His win comes just six weeks after he won Car of the Show for the sixth year running at a national event in Northampton.
He said: "Some of the countries top cars competed in the Show and Shine competition that proved to be tough. These included Porsche 911, E Type Jaguar, VW Beetles, VW Golf, MK1 and MK2 Lotus Cortinas, Minis, Ford Mustang, BMW, Ford Capri (with just 500 miles) from new and many more.
"There were six classes that were judged with me being awarded the Best Post War Saloon.
"With all the class winners being brought forward in the arena I was proudly awarded the overall winner."
