A FOREST school’s football team has a new kit thanks to a local company.

Aylburton Church of England Primary School’s team has been kitted out thanks to Lydney-based company Vitality Mortgages.

The company is run by Jason Whitehead who lives in Aylburton and whose children attend the school.

He said: “We are a local company and we wanted to put something into the local community.”

The team’s goalkeeper, Rachel James, said the new kit was “awesome”.
