THERE will be a Special General Meeting of Forge on Thursday July 21 at 2pm at Foxes Bridge, Cinderford.

The purpose is to complete the transition of Forge to a company limited by guarantee called Forest Sensory Services.

Members' approval will be sought for the transfer of assets of the current charity to the new company and the dissolution of the old charity.

Members are reminded that approval requires a two thirds majority of members present.
