I'M often heard raving on to friends and family about Baileys Home and Garden in Ross. It's a gem of a place. Perhaps Ross' best kept secret, but what makes the shopping experience so special is its warm and friendly staff.

And I have to say a very special thank you to one of them D., who on Friday last went above and beyond her job remit, when I locked my keys in my car with minutes to spare before closing time.

When getting hold of help from the limited number of contacts on my mobile phone proved ineffective. She very kindly drove me all the way home to get my spare set and drove me back again. She is an angel and I can't thank her enough.
