A MAN who was involved in a serious collision on Speech House Road in Cinderford last week has died in hospital.
All the emergency services were involved in a rescue mission after a Skoda Fabia with a man and a woman on board collided with a tree at around 9.30am last Tuesday.
The Review understands that the couple travelling in the car were 74 year-old twins.
The man was taken to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital with serious injuries but passed away in the early hours of Saturday June 23. The woman, who was a passenger in the vehicle, remains in a stable condition in Frenchay Hospital in Bristol. As the Review went to press she was said to be sedated, and her next of kin informed.
Anyone who witnessed the collision but who has not yet contacted police should call 101, quoting incident 98 of June 19.
