THE Children’s Liver Disease Foundation is the beneficiary of a Star Wars themed Cantina Imperial Gala taking place at Chepstow’s National Diving and Activity Centre this Saturday.

Clive Barzillia, spokesperson for the event, said: “Our son Isaac had a liver transplant at five months old and we are trying to give a little back to the charity.  We hope to raise £1,500 or more.

“The event will include food, film, live music and a Star Wars themed set. Thirty storm troopers from the UK garrison are attending and, if you’ve always fancied your very own Star Wars storm trooper armour, complete with weapons and accessories, this is just one of the prizes we’re raffling on the night. There will be a chance to meet Darth Vader and have your photograph taken with one of your favourite Star Wars characters on the Death Star wall.”

Tickets are available from www.ndacevents. angelfishbooking.co.uk/. If you can’t make the event, you can still enter the raffle at www.justgiving.com/fundraising/CantinaNDAC or text GALA76 £2 to 70070
