AT the Royal Naval Association meeting of November 14, 2011 many of our members commented on the excellent performance of the Sea Cadets of TS Royal Forest on Remembrance Sunday in Lydney, and asked me to write with our congratulations and thanks.

Among the comments were an appreciation of the superb performance of the Guard, the smart appearance and bearing of the cadets both during the parade, in church, and generally around the town, and the fact that they had enabled one of our WW2 veterans to join in the parade by pushing his wheelchair. (For which he was most grateful).

None of this happens by accident, and we are very aware of the hard work, effort and time put in by staff. So, we say a big "Thank-you" to all at TS Royal Forest, and please keep up the good work.
