IN your paper of January 26 you reported Brian Pearman's comments on the rejuvenation of Lydney over the next 20 years!

However, after 22 months of being empty and boarded up following the departure of the James Bevan company, work has apparently started to update the former bus station in Hams Road, supposedly for the Dial-A-Ride service.

There is so much rumour going around – a cafe, a waiting room, toilets, bus information...

It would have been more appropriate if Mr Pearman had commented on this project rather than those over the next 20 years.

What is actually happening with this building?
