I WAS raising funds at a car boot for the Two Rivers Fighting Fund at the weekend and was surprised to talk to quite a few people who thought the court case had been won.

They were unaware there had been an appeal and that there was still a need to raise funds.

They all said they had been looking in the Review's letters pages for the last couple of weeks but as there was no mention of the ongoing appeal they thought it was all over. I write this to make people aware of the state of play.

We all look forward to our Review for updates and information about the Forest.
